garage roller door track maintenance?
cleaning and lubrication, soap & water or inox or ?
If they are dirty, clean them with rag and squirt some oil onto the track and operate the door to spread it onto the track. I'd do it once a year. A couple of drops of oil into the rollers won't hurt either. If the rollers get wobbly, replace them.
