Finished Doors
how can I remove adhesive plastic film (on smooth synthetic finish doors) that has dried in the sun?
Thanks Michael. I found WD-40 (this is in Africa...) and tried it. It takes off the dried adhesive where exposed, but not the film still adhering. It doesn't seem to damage the synthetic finish of the China-made doors (my big fear), but there are large surfaces to treat. The film has really dried out, and where some was removed the remaining adhesive gathers sand/dust. Shall keep trying.
