Looking for another book/ series to read?
I love books with passages that can make me think and laugh at the same time -- especially those with a flair for the absurd in everyday life. Right now, I am looking for things that have observations of current society that make me laugh, then stop to think about them, then laugh again. Examples: The "Serge" series by Tim Dorsey ; anything by Carl Hiaasen (I adore "Skink") ; Memory of Running by Ron McLarty; Dry / Magical Thinking by Augusten Burroughs ; anything by David Sedaris. Can you recommend some others?
