Brand new Samsung French Door Refrigerator (RF268ABRS) freezer door not sealing on one side?
The left side of the freezer on my new Samsung French Door Refrigerator is not sealing and therefore the food is not staying frozen. I have had it for about a month now and all of a sudden this has happened. It looks as though the two corners on the left side of the gasket aren't sticking to the metal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
sounds like the drawer has jumped the track. if you removed the food basket. you maybe be able to adjust the drawer. open the drawer fully. you will see to gears, one on the left and one one the right. The rod in the middle is removable. remove the rod and find the arrow marks on the gears withe the larger tooth on the rail. and reinstall the rod. If you need more assistant left me know an I can send a manual. Good luck.
