Does anyone knwo Delta Dental of California annual maximum for the PPO and Premier Plan?
Your annual maximum for either of these programs is determined by your employer, or the group purchaser, not by Delta Dental. Maximums generally range anywhere from $1,000 up to $2,5000 more, but average closer to $1,500. As the maximum rises, so does the premium or cost of the plan, which is why employers set the maximum and other "out-of-pocket" costs, such as copayments and deductibles, at levels tailored to fit their budget.
