Glass green house wood vs iron?
I want to build a glass green house and can't decide between a wooden frame and one made from angle iron. What are the pro and cons of wood and iron? I am not interested in other materials, so no need to suggest that. I am not concerned a bout cost only about functionality.
Wood:
Pros- it is cheap, flexible, it is nice smelling (lol), does not rust, and can be bought to your size, color, etc satisfaction
cons: it rots and can break easily
Iron:
Pros- is strong, sturdy, and a makes a good frame.
Cons- It is expensive
Even though iron may seem better i would recommend wood since if you look at it a house's frame is made out of wood. So i am guessing that wood would be a more logical choice.
